This Dutch colonial house is situated on one half of the property. The other half of the site was originally occupied by a one-car garage accessed by a steep driveway. The original garage was demolished and a new garden developed in the open portion of the site. A new breakfast room addition expands the kitchen and provides a connection between the house and new garden. On the opposite side of the house a second, larger addition provides a family room on the first floor, and a two-car garage below.
